Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

As an SMB SDR, you'll own the first conversation with prospective customers across APAC, creating opportunities that fuel one of Sprinto's fastest-growing sales segments. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, combining thoughtful research, strong communication, cold-calling confidence, and AI-powered workflows to consistently create high-quality pipeline.

- You've spent the last 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, sales, or customer-facing roles and are looking for an opportunity to build modern outbound skills in a fast-growing SaaS company.
- You're an exceptional communicator. Whether it's a cold call, an email, or a LinkedIn message, you know how to capture attention and start meaningful conversations.
- The phone doesn't intimidate you. You enjoy live conversations, think well on your feet, and know that trust is built through genuine curiosity—not scripts.
- You're fascinated by AI and automation. You've already experimented with tools like ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms to improve the way you work.
- You naturally think in systems. Instead of asking, "How can I send more emails?" you're asking, "How can I build a better outbound engine?"
- You're commercially curious. You enjoy understanding customers, researching accounts, and learning what makes different buyers respond.
