About the Role
What if your MBA — and everything you know about corporate finance, market strategy, and business operations — could directly shape how AI advises executives and drives decisions at the world's leading organizations?
We're looking for MBA-qualified business professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models at Alignerr. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across real business domains, author authoritative solutions, and help ensure that AI can function as a genuinely sophisticated partner for executive-level thinking.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

What You'll Do
- Design Advanced Business Challenges — Construct complex, realistic business cases and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, Porter's Five Forces, 5Cs), and executive-quality rationales — that serve as the definitive benchmarks for AI training
- Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
- Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misreading macroeconomic signals — and provide structured, actionable feedback
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and professional recommendations
- Highly precise and detail-oriented when evaluating financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async, task-based schedule
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation workflows
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
