Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist
About the Role
What if your MBA — your hard-won expertise in finance, strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders and executives?
We're looking for MBA-qualified professionals to challenge, evaluate, and improve advanced AI models on the toughest questions in business. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, supply chain, and organizational behavior — and build the gold-standard solutions that make these models smarter, sharper, and genuinely useful at the executive level.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a rigorous analytical mind.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as training benchmarks for AI models
- Audit AI Business Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
- Refine and Correct AI Thinking — Identify flawed reasoning such as sunk cost errors, miscalculated WACC, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations
- Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch formula errors, logical inconsistencies, and weak arguments others miss
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience writing case studies, executive reports, or business school curriculum
