This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a strong literary sensibility and a sharp eye for quality. No publishing credits or formal writing credentials required — just a genuine passion for language and storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across a range of genres — including fiction, essays, poetry, and narrative nonfiction
  • Assess writing quality across dimensions such as style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
  • Identify weaknesses like clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization
  • Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more authentic and compelling work
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

  • A genuine lover of reading and writing across genres and formats
  • Able to articulate why a piece of writing works — or doesn't — with clarity and specificity
  • Strong command of English language, style, and craft
