As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands-on SOC expertise will directly shape how AI models detect, triage, and respond to threats — making them smarter, faster, and more accurate for the analysts who rely on them.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC incident and alert scenarios to assess what's happening and why it matters
- Classify alert severity, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review detection logic, investigation workflows, and triage methodologies
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure they reflect how real analysts work in practice
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason through security incidents more effectively
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — on your schedule
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
- Strong ability to distinguish genuine security signals from noise and false positives
- Analytical mindset with clear, structured written communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, malware analysis, or digital forensics
- Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or the Cyber Kill Chain
- Prior exposure to AI tools, security automation, or SOAR platforms
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GCIH, CEH)
