About the Role
We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of AI systems that reason through real-world security incidents. As a Security Operations Analyst, your hands-on SOC experience will directly shape how AI detects, investigates, and responds to threats — making enterprise AI smarter and more aligned with how analysts actually work.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — alerts, incidents, and investigations — to evaluate AI-generated responses
- Classify threat severity, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
- Review and assess detection logic, triage workflows, and investigation steps for accuracy
- Validate AI outputs against real-world analyst behavior and industry best practices
- Provide structured feedback that directly improves how AI systems handle security events
- Help distinguish true threat signals from noise and false positives in AI-generated analysis
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
- Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage, and investigation workflows
- Strong instincts for separating genuine threats from false positives and background noise
- Able to communicate analytical reasoning clearly in writing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
- No prior AI experience required — your security expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with threat hunting, digital forensics, or malware analysis
- Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or similar
- Exposure to cloud security environments or EDR/XDR platforms
- Background in writing detection rules or playbooks
