We are building a best-in-class infrastructure to support our expanding footprint and are seeking a strong Purchasing Manager to help scale our procurement function.
Position Overview
The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement operations remotely, supporting U.S.-based HVAC and electrical divisions. This role is responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost efficiencies while ensuring timely purchasing and coordination with U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute purchasing strategies across HVAC and electrical divisions
· Coordinate daily procurement activities for U.S.-based operations
· Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and rebates with vendors and distributors
· Track and manage purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment
· Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse/field teams
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency
· Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP systems
· Collaborate with U.S. teams across operations, finance, and leadership
· Support standardization of purchasing processes across locations
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
· Experience supporting U.S.-based companies or working in remote roles preferred
· Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills
· Experience with ERP systems and purchasing platforms
· Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
· Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in HVAC, electrical, construction, or service industries
· Familiarity with U.S. suppliers (Ferguson, Winsupply, Grainger, etc.)
· Experience working in multi-location or high-growth environments
