Italian Language Expert (AI Training)
About the Role
We're looking for Italian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian-language content. Your linguistic insight and teaching background will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and teaches Italian — making a real impact on one of the world's most celebrated languages.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
- Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
- Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert precision
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally authentic Italian
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
- Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts
Who You Are
- Native-level proficiency in Italian
- Experience teaching Italian or evaluating learner language
- Strong written communication skills in both Italian and English (C1/C2)
- Solid familiarity with CEFR frameworks and learner speech patterns
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
- Familiarity with AI-powered language tools or educational technology
- Comfort working independently in structured, asynchronous workflows
