About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Social Listening & Insights Specialist to join our vendor team. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools and deep platform knowledge to uncover actionable insights that drive brand strategy, campaign performance, and consumer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools
- Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data
- Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
- Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams
- Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends
- Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst
- Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each
- Proven experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar
- Ability to write and optimize Boolean queries for deep-dive insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour
- Native level proficiency in Dutch language (essential)
- Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
