Accountabilities:

  • Drive account growth and market expansion by developing strategic territory plans and executing value-based selling across assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in academic, government, diagnostic, and life sciences organizations.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions leveraging the full portfolio of scientific and bioprocessing products.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists and internal teams to design integrated solutions aligned with customer workflows.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, pricing, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipeline visibility, track customer interactions, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities and drive adoption of new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related scientific field.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within life sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, or academic/government sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive revenue growth in consultative, solution-based selling environments.
  • Strong understanding of scientific workflows and ability to engage with technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across large organizations.
