Real Estate Agent – AI Career Guidance Evaluator
Job description
Real Estate Agent – AI Career Guidance Evaluator
About the Role
What if the expertise you've developed in one of America's largest and most dynamic real estate markets could directly shape how AI delivers career guidance to real estate professionals nationwide? We're looking for experienced real estate agents and brokers in the Houston area to evaluate AI-generated career advice and help ensure it reflects the real world of real estate — not just textbook theory.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No background in AI or technology required — just genuine real estate experience and the ability to recognize high-quality, practical career guidance.
- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review career questions submitted by real estate professionals at different career stages — from brand-new licensees to experienced brokers and team leaders
- Write expert-level "golden answers" that reflect how careers in real estate actually develop, including the realities of the Texas and broader US market
- Build evaluation rubrics that objectively assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy, usefulness, and real-world applicability
- Spot AI recommendations that are inaccurate, impractical, or missing the nuance that real estate careers demand
- Draw on your experience in areas like prospecting, team building, brokerage selection, and long-term career strategy
- Complete task-based assignments independently, on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced real estate agent, broker, or real estate professional with substantial field experience
- Deep understanding of how real estate careers grow — from lead generation and client relationships to licensing, team dynamics, and income strategy
- Experience mentoring, training, or advising other agents or real estate professionals is strongly valued
- Strong written communicator who can articulate nuanced, practical advice clearly and consistently
- Self-motivated and able to work reliably without close oversight
- No AI or tech experience needed
Nice to Have
- Active or inactive Texas real estate license (salesperson or broker)
- Experience as a team lead, broker, or real estate office manager
- Background in coaching, mentoring, or onboarding newer agents
- Familiarity with the Houston market, Texas licensing landscape, or Sun Belt real estate trends
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, luxury, or investment real estate sectors
Why Join Us
- Play a direct role in shaping AI career guidance for real estate professionals across the country
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
- Put your professional expertise to work on cutting-edge AI evaluation projects
- Potential for ongoing work and long-term opportunities as new projects launch
