About the Role

We're looking for experienced Recruiters based in or around New York to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation AI systems — ensuring they deliver accurate, practical, and realistic career guidance to professionals at every stage of their careers.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned talent acquisition professionals who want to contribute their real-world knowledge to meaningful AI development work.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different career stages — from entry-level candidates to senior executives
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within talent acquisition and recruiting
  • Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
  • Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing
  • Strong understanding of hiring processes, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and labor market trends — particularly within competitive markets like New York
  • Experience advising candidates and hiring managers across industries
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate nuanced career guidance clearly
  • Able to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice grounded in real hiring experience
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

  • Agency recruiting or executive search experience in the New York market
  • Corporate talent acquisition background across finance, media, tech, or professional services
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple functions
  • Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user
