About the Role

What if your experience in the Canadian insurance industry could directly shape how AI systems guide the next generation of insurance professionals? We're looking for experienced Insurance Agents, Brokers, and Advisors in Toronto and across Ontario to evaluate AI-generated career advice — ensuring it's accurate, practical, and relevant to the realities of the Canadian insurance landscape.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep professional expertise and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-related questions from insurance professionals at various stages of their careers in Canada
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level career guidance within the Canadian insurance industry
  • Develop objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Identify AI outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of step with Canadian industry standards and regulations
  • Apply your knowledge of FSRA regulations, Canadian insurance licensing, and market dynamics to improve AI career coaching tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Advisor, or Account Executive in Canada
  • Strong understanding of Canadian insurance sales practices, client acquisition, policy management, and provincial licensing requirements
  • Familiar with Ontario or broader Canadian insurance regulation and industry norms
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Able to deliver practical, credible, and actionable career guidance
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

  • Active Ontario or multi-provincial insurance licence
  • Experience across life, health, property, casualty, or commercial insurance in Canada
  • Experience mentoring or coaching insurance professionals
  • Sales leadership or brokerage management experience
