Public-Sector Procurement / RFI Response Evaluator

About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Public-Sector Procurement and RFI/RFP Response Management to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating procurement documents, RFI and RFP responses, government contracting materials, vendor submissions, spreadsheets, and presentation decks generated by AI systems and applying deep public-sector procurement expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using public-sector procurement quality rubrics
• Review:

- RFI responses

- RFP responses

- Government procurement documents

- Bid submissions

- Vendor proposals

- Spreadsheets

- Presentation decks

• Identify:

- Compliance gaps

- Procurement inaccuracies

- Proposal weaknesses

- Evaluation criteria mismatches

- Presentation deficiencies

- Quality concerns

• Provide clear, structured written feedback
• Assess the accuracy, rigor, completeness, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Public-sector procurement

- Government contracting

- Proposal management

- RFI/RFP response development

- Procurement operations

- Related procurement disciplines

• Native or professional fluency in English
• Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

• Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution
