Procurement / Vendor Management Evaluator

About the Role

Mercor is hiring expert evaluators in Procurement and Vendor Management to review and assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.

This role involves evaluating procurement analyses, sourcing documentation, vendor assessments, contract-related materials, spreadsheets, and presentation decks generated by AI systems and applying deep procurement expertise to assess output quality against established evaluation standards.

This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts using procurement and vendor management quality rubrics
• Review:

- Procurement reports

- Vendor evaluations

- Sourcing analyses

- Supplier performance assessments

- Cost comparison spreadsheets

- Presentation decks

• Identify:

- Procurement process errors

- Vendor assessment inaccuracies

- Cost analysis issues

- Contract-related inconsistencies

- Presentation weaknesses

- Quality concerns

• Provide clear, structured written feedback
• Assess the accuracy, rigor, practicality, and professional quality of AI-generated outputs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in:

- Procurement

- Strategic sourcing

- Vendor management

- Supplier management

- Supply chain procurement

- Related procurement disciplines

• Native or professional fluency in English
• Advanced proficiency with:

- Microsoft Office

- Google Workspace

• Strong working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Google Sheets

- Microsoft PowerPoint

- Google Slides

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher
• Advanced academic or professional qualifications from a reputable institution
