About the Role
Mercor is seeking expert evaluators with deep experience in sales, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue operations, and commercial execution to assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity focused on reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks produced by AI systems.
Evaluators will apply real-world sales and GTM expertise to determine whether outputs meet professional standards, demonstrate sound commercial reasoning, and accurately reflect sales strategy, pipeline management, customer acquisition, market positioning, and revenue growth best practices.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including:
- Documents
- Spreadsheets
- Slide decks
- Assess outputs using domain-specific quality rubrics
- Review work for:
- Commercial accuracy
- GTM rigor
- Sales effectiveness
- Strategic quality
- Professional presentation
- Identify:
- Sales strategy flaws
- GTM execution gaps
- Revenue planning weaknesses
- Presentation issues
- Aesthetic concerns
- Logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear and structured written feedback
- Apply professional judgment when evaluating sales, revenue, and go-to-market content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in:
- Sales
- Go-To-Market Strategy
- Business Development
- Revenue Operations
- Customer Acquisition
- Account Management
- Related commercial disciplines
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Ability to assess sales and GTM materials objectively and consistently
