About the Role
Mercor is seeking expert evaluators with deep experience in training, onboarding, and learning & development (L&D) to assess AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
This is a remote, hourly contract opportunity focused on reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and presentation decks produced by AI systems.
Evaluators will apply real-world learning and development expertise to determine whether outputs meet professional standards, demonstrate sound instructional design principles, and accurately reflect employee training, onboarding, organizational learning, and workforce development best practices.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts including:
- Documents
- Spreadsheets
- Slide decks
- Assess outputs using domain-specific quality rubrics
- Review work for:
- Instructional quality
- Training effectiveness
- Learning design rigor
- Domain quality
- Professional presentation
- Identify:
- Content inaccuracies
- Instructional design weaknesses
- Learning gaps
- Presentation flaws
- Aesthetic issues
- Logical inconsistencies
- Provide clear and structured written feedback
- Apply professional judgment when evaluating training materials, onboarding programs, and learning initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in:
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Employee Training
- Corporate Training
- Onboarding Programs
- Talent Development
- Instructional Design
- Related workforce development disciplines
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Ability to assess training and learning materials objectively and consistently
