Job description

Mercor is recruiting UK-based Legal Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

Ideal Candidates

Roles such as:

  • Associate
  • Senior Associate
  • Counsel
  • Partner

We're especially interested in candidates from A&O Shearman, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Linklaters, and Slaughter and May, though strong corporate law experience from similar firms is also welcome.

What You'll Do

Help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios, including contract drafting, due diligence, regulatory analysis, client advisory, deal structuring, and dispute resolution.

Strong candidates understand how modern law firm engagements operate, including Partner-led matter structures with Senior Associates, Associates, and Trainees across transactional and advisory workstreams.

Role Details

  • Contributing to high-quality training data for frontier AI systems
  • Fully remote and project-based
  • Available to work 40 hours/week
