Job description

As a C++ Engineer, you will work remotely reviewing AI-generated C++ code, systems-level designs, and technical explanations while helping improve advanced AI coding systems used by developers worldwide.

This role focuses on evaluating complex C++ implementations, identifying correctness and performance issues, and producing high-quality technical explanations and reference solutions.

Contributors help train AI systems through real-world expertise in:

  • Low-level engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated:

    • C++ code
    • Systems designs
    • Technical explanations
    • Performance-critical implementations
  • Assess solutions for:

    • Correctness
    • Safety
    • Clarity
    • Performance
    • Prompt adherence
  • Identify issues involving:

    • Logic errors
    • Memory handling
    • Concurrency
    • Low-level optimization
    • Performance bottlenecks
  • Write:

    • Technical explanations
    • Step-by-step reasoning
    • Reference implementations
    • Correct model solutions
  • Compare and evaluate multiple AI responses based on:

    • Technical accuracy
    • Reasoning quality
    • Maintainability
    • Coding standards
  • Contribute to AI model training and evaluation workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in:

    • Computer Science
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Computer Engineering
    • Related technical fields
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing production C++ software

  • Expert-level proficiency in:

    • Modern C++ (C++11 and newer)
    • Templates
    • Move semantics
    • Smart pointers
    • STL
  • Strong systems programming background involving:

    • Performance optimization

  • Experience using:
