This role focuses on providing expert legal review and structured regulatory analysis supporting advanced AI systems designed for energy infrastructure and interconnection workflows.
This is not a traditional litigation or client-counseling role. The position is best suited for attorneys with deep experience in:
- PJM interconnection

No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level legal review and validation of:
- Site control documentation
- Interconnection materials
- Energy permitting records
- Infrastructure project filings
Assess whether project materials comply with:
- PJM generator interconnection procedures
- Queue readiness requirements
- Site control standards
- FERC-regulated interconnection frameworks
Review escalated legal and regulatory issues including:
- Incomplete site control evidence
- Interconnection compliance concerns
- Permitting inconsistencies
- Filing deficiencies
Analyze documentation related to:
- Utility-scale solar projects
- Wind energy projects
- Battery storage systems
- Transmission infrastructure
- Large-load interconnection projects
Deliver:
- Legal findings
- Risk assessments
- Structured determinations
- Regulatory issue summaries
Improve:

Required Skills & Qualifications
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum 8 years of legal experience in:
