About the Role

We are seeking Law Experts to support AI model training by designing complex legal workflows and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

In this role, you will create realistic legal scenarios across contracts, compliance, procurement, and litigation, and assess how AI systems perform in legal reasoning and document handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end legal workflows across multiple domains
  • Build scenarios involving contract drafting, redlining, and compliance
  • Create and evaluate legal artifacts (contracts, memos, policy documents)
  • Assess AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
  • Support development of AI systems for legal reasoning and workflows
  • Clearly articulate legal reasoning step-by-step

  • Contract & Commercial (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, redlining)
  • Compliance & Regulatory (policies, risk assessments, privacy)
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Litigation & Disputes (document review, discovery, research)

Requirements

  • JD (required)
  • 3+ years of legal practice (law firm, in-house, or equivalent)
  • Experience in at least two legal domains (contracts, compliance, litigation, etc.)
  • Ability to produce and interpret legal documents
  • Strong analytical reasoning and writing skills

Compensation

  • $85 – $135/hour depending on experience
