Role Overview
Join our customer's team as an HR Expert and contribute to the development of AI-driven HR solutions.
In this role, you will apply your expertise in HR policy, compliance, and people operations to train and evaluate advanced AI models used by global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and templates
- Design and optimize onboarding and employee lifecycle workflows
- Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios
- Create and evaluate internal communications and change management strategies
- Contribute domain expertise to AI model evaluation and refinement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR content accuracy
- Document knowledge resources for AI training and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as an HR Policy Specialist, People Operations Manager, or similar role
- Strong expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and onboarding processes
- Proven experience developing HR policies and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex HR topics into practical materials
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in global or diverse organizational environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI tools, HR tech, or model training
- Knowledge of international HR standards and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Background in change management and employee experience design
