Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as an Architectural Design & CAD Expert and contribute to advancing the future of AI-powered design technology.
In this role, you will demonstrate your authentic architectural workflows using Rhino3D and Vectorworks, capturing how experienced professionals model, coordinate, document, and deliver high-quality architectural projects. Your real-world processes and decision-making will directly inform AI systems learning professional design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle architectural workflows from concept modeling to complete drawing sets using Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
- Develop and refine detailed 3D models while maintaining design integrity.
- Organize and manage digital files, layers, and documentation for efficient coordination.
- Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction-ready documentation.
- Clearly articulate technical decisions and workflow rationale in written and verbal formats.
- Troubleshoot complex modeling and documentation challenges.
- Collaborate remotely to align on workflow capture and documentation standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven professional expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
- Experience delivering complete architectural projects from concept through documentation.
- Strong file coordination and digital organization skills.
- Deep understanding of architectural technical workflows.
- Ability to translate conceptual designs into construction-ready drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
