Program Coordinator II

Meta is looking for an operations analyst to join our Communications Measurement team (CMT). This role combines strong operational and project management skills with media analysis capabilities to drive the delivery of high-impact measurement work across traditional press, social media, and owned channels globally.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, process-driven professional who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while delivering quantitative and qualitative media insights. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, managing reporting workflows end-to-end, and ensuring timely delivery of measurement deliverables to Meta's Communications and Public Affairs leadership team.

This role sits at the heart of Meta's global effort to quantify the impact of its communications work. You'll drive operational excellence by building scalable processes, managing stakeholder expectations, and keeping complex, multi-market projects on track — all while contributing to the analytical outputs that inform strategic decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of intake for incoming requests and submissions—triaging, prioritizing, and routing them to the appropriate teams
• Build and maintain tracking systems to ensure visibility and accountability across all workstreams
• Manage ongoing communications with stakeholders and leverage social media monitoring tools to support real-time insights
• Design and refine scalable workflows, SOPs, and processes to drive efficient delivery of CMT deliverables across global markets; proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve team velocity and output quality
• Support additional ad hoc projects as needed

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines
• Experience with Google Sheets & Docs
• Experience building and maintaining project plans, trackers, and documentation (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar task management and productivity tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a media, communications, or PR environment (agency, in-house comms team, media measurement firm, or think tank)
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and data platforms used to track press coverage or social media conversation
• Experience with AI
• Experience with data visualization and handling data sets
• Experience with Sequence
• Former Meta experience

Education/Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related coordination-heavy role
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Broadcast, Political Science, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31/hour – $36/hour.
