Data Analyst III
Job description
Role Overview
This role sits within the Scaled Partnerships Analytics team, focused on building the data infrastructure and pipelines needed to launch campaigns that enable scaled outreach — directly driving Meta Family of Apps (FOA) success.
The Data Analyst will own the end-to-end data foundation that powers campaign targeting, activation, and measurement across Scaled Partnerships programs. This includes building scalable data sets, developing campaign-ready audiences, standing up tracking infrastructure, and ensuring the partner management team has the data they need to launch and iterate on outreach programs efficiently.
This role requires strong technical skills, operational rigor, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Partner Management, Data Foundations, and Product teams to translate program strategy into data-ready execution.
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain the data pipelines, tables, and audience sets that power campaign targeting and activation for Scaled Partnerships programs
Audience Development: Develop scalable, campaign-ready creator audiences based on eligibility criteria, product adoption signals, and program-specific segmentation logic
Tracking & Measurement Infra: Stand up and iterate on the tracking infrastructure needed to measure campaign performance — including attribution, pacing, and conversion tracking
Launch Enablement: Partner with the campaign operations team to ensure data readiness for each campaign launch; own the data QA and validation process pre-launch
Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop dashboards and automated reporting to provide visibility into campaign performance, outreach coverage, and program health
Data Quality & Governance: Own data quality across campaign-related datasets — surface issues proactively, drive resolution, and maintain documentation on data definitions and logic
XFN Collaboration: Serve as the analytics POC for Partner Management, Data Foundations, and Operations teams — translating program needs into data requirements and vice versa
Skills:
- BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of SQL experience (Hive, Presto, MySQL, or similar) — including building and maintaining data pipelines/tables
- Experience developing audience segments or campaign-ready datasets at scale
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud
- Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to communicate technical data work clearly to non-technical stakeholders
