About Turing
Turing is seeking a Business Account Rater (French) to evaluate AI-generated responses designed for professional users. In this remote contractor role, you will use your primary Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account to assess how effectively AI personalizes responses based on business email history.
You will review AI-generated outputs for relevance, accuracy, personalization, and overall quality, helping improve next-generation AI assistants used in professional environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated responses based on your professional email history
- Determine whether responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and properly personalized
- Compare multiple AI responses and identify the best-performing output
- Identify issues such as incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, irrelevant recommendations, and inaccurate business context
- Deliver structured, detailed evaluation feedback following project guidelines
- Ensure consistent, objective evaluations and maintain strict confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in French
- Must reside outside the United States
- Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account used for professional communication
- Gmail display language set to French
- Business inbox containing approximately 1,000+ emails with regular activity, primarily in French
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
Work Arrangement
- Remote, Contract (3-4 months)
- 4-40 hours/week
- 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
