Marketing Associate V

Reality Labs Social is recruiting for a creative, analytical and strategic Social Coordinator, Wearables to join our team to support[1] the Social Manager with essential daily tasks needed to execute brand social.

The Social Coordinator, Wearables will be primarily responsible for managing social calendars across all Oakley Meta social platforms and lean in heavily to preparing and processing all content to be published. This person will also play a critical role in a variety of team efforts, including reporting, content capture and communicating with partners to ensure alignment across projects. We are looking for a detail-orientated and creative individual with a passion for both consumer tech and sports.

Key Responsibilities:

● Support content execution and publication, including working with Creative to co-ordinate assets, collaborating with the Social Production team to maintain the calendar tool and obtaining all necessary approvals and alignments before publishing.

● Write social post copy and adapt across channels to maintain the relevant tone.

● Align with Social Producers to optimize processes for seamless workflow.

● Operate globally: Coordinate relevant initiatives with regional marketing counterparts.

● Be a forward thinker: Anticipate blockers and stay on top of deadlines.

● Build monthly reports that surface platform-specific insights to improve performance MoM.

● Keep abreast of general social media emerging trends, formats and hooks to help develop retention-driven content across our channels.

● Be tuned into sports social media trends and vernacular that can be applied to our brand.

Minimum Qualifications:

● 10+ [2] [3] years of proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube channels, preferably across multiple verticals or brands in consumer product categories such as consumer tech, sports or culture.

● Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.

● Deep understanding of social marketing, creator, and content trends.

● Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure with many workstreams, projects, stakeholders, and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience.

● Experience in innovative consumer product categories like consumer tech and/or AR/VR technologies, sports and culture brands.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65/hour - $75/hour.
