Program Manager III
Job description
The Role
As an Operations Program Manager, you will manage day-to-day execution for 3P Retail & Telco repair and maintenance and supply fulfillment/warehouse operations across North America. You will oversee external warehouse and service partners, track performance, improve processes, and ensure materials, documentation, and service execution meet business needs.
This role is best suited for a hands-on operations program manager with experience in retail operations, vendor or 3PL management, repair and maintenance, warehouse execution, and continuous improvement. You will partner with internal teams and external agencies to manage execution, resolve escalations, maintain compliance, and scale operational improvements.
The Candidate
You are a hands-on operations leader with experience in retail repair and maintenance, warehouse execution, material flow, vendor or warehouse agency management, KPI ownership, and continuous improvement. You use a structured, data-driven approach to solve problems, improve processes, and maintain system integrity, inventory accuracy, and compliance while working effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily execution with warehouse agencies and service partners across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance, and service performance
- Track corrective and preventive actions, non-compliance trends, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness
- Convert improvement findings into standard operating procedures, training materials, and repeatable workflows
- Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency, space utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations
- Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners
- Support new product introduction, retail refresh activities, OPEX planning, operational scaling, special projects, and occasional extended operational hours
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of direct program management experience overseeing repair & maintenance programs and supply fulfillment/warehouse agencies within a retail operations environment (e.g., big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution). Candidates whose background is limited to warehousing, supply chain, logistics, visual merchandising, or labor management — without hands-on R&M and supply/fulfillment/warehouse management in retail operations — will not be considered.
- Strong vendor management skills, including RFPs, SLAs, contracts, scorecards, escalations, and service reviews
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite; ability to work cross functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada as business needs require
- Working hours: 8am-5pm PST or 9am-6pm CST
Preferred:
- Background in consumer electronics, tech retail, or similar industries
- Six Sigma, PMP, or other process improvement/project management certification
