Job description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Factory Planner to drive factory execution across Manufacturing Partners and ensure production output aligns with customer demand and AVC commitments. This role is responsible for managing build plans, resolving factory constraints, driving recovery actions, and improving operational performance to meet delivery commitments.

In addition, this role will support NVIDIA's continued business growth in Mexico, helping scale manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, and operational readiness for Networking products while ensuring world-class execution across manufacturing partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive Manufacturing Partners to close execution gaps and meet AVC commitments.
  • Manage daily build plans and factory trackers to ensure production schedules remain on target.
  • Drive resolution of material shortages impacting production and customer deliveries.
  • Identify factory constraints and drive trade-off decisions to meet commitments.
  • Coordinate rework activities to support customer demand and recovery plans.
  • Track and improve factory metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), output attainment, and execution performance.
  • Manage production line holds and release instructions to support quality, material, and operational requirements.
  • Drive bonepile recovery activities at the factory and minimize shipment impact.
  • Support overtime (OT) planning and execution to address capacity and demand requirements.
  • Support NVIDIA's manufacturing expansion and business growth initiatives in Mexico.

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 12+ years of experience in Factory Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Partner management.
  • Strong understanding of factory execution, build planning, manufacturing processes, and production ramp management.
  • Experience driving manufacturing partner performance and leading recovery plans to meet customer commitments.
  • Proven ability to manage factory constraints, capacity trade-offs, material shortage, and production risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP, ERP/MRP systems, advance Microsoft Excel, and manufacturing reporting tools SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners.
  • Experience supporting business growth, factory expansion, or manufacturing scale-up initiatives.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support manufacturing partners and factory operations.

  • Experience leading manufacturing growth and operational expansion in Mexico.
  • Strong track record of improving OTD, build plan attainment, and manufacturing partner performance.
