The Role
We’re building something that doesn’t exist on our team yet.
The Field Creative Strategist lives at the intersection of streaming culture and direct response performance marketing. Your job is to engineer real moments, real conversations, and real scenarios in the world that become scroll-stopping paid ad content. Think less scripted ad, more: what happens when you set up the right situation in the right place with the right people and let it run. You ideate those situations, make them happen, capture them, and hand off the raw content to your dedicated clipper to turn into paid ad gold. You sit completely outside of our existing copywriting team. You are not making more of what we already make. You are building a new creative lane from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Ideate and plan field creative concepts — events, locations, scenarios, and setups that create genuine, compelling, shareable moments around RYZE.
- Execute those concepts in the real world at high volume — you are the one on location, mic in hand, making it happen. That means travel, new cities, new settings, and thriving in all of them
- Think like a streamer: create energy, create reactions, create content that people want to watch even when they know it’s an ad.
- Work directly with your clipper to brief and direct the edit — you know what the moment was, you know what the hook is, you hand that vision off clearly.
- Think like a direct response marketer: every piece of content you create has to work as a paid ad — hook, story, and a reason to click.
- Test, learn, iterate — this format is new for us and we’re building it together. You bring ideas, we test them, we double down on what works.
- Stay plugged into streaming culture, field content trends, and what’s breaking through on Meta — you are our eyes and ears in a creative space we haven’t fully entered yet.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who understands streaming culture from the inside — what makes a Kai Cenat or IShowSpeed stream work: the energy, the unpredictability, the authentic reaction. Someone who can engineer that energy in a real-world setting without it feeling staged. You’ve either created content in this world or you’ve studied it obsessively.
You’re comfortable walking into a bar, a farmers market, a gym, a parking lot, and starting a genuine conversation that produces content. You have the charisma and confidence to approach people cold, get them comfortable fast, and capture something real. Genuinely enjoys travel and changing environments — this role takes you on the road!
You understand direct response. You know what a hook is, why the first three seconds matter more than anything else, and what makes someone stop scrolling. You’ve either worked in paid social creative, studied it seriously, or you have an instinct for it that you can demonstrate.
Nice to Have
- Experience in wellness, health, or food and beverage content.
- Existing network of creators, talent, or locations that could accelerate production.
- Familiarity with Meta ad creative best practices and performance metrics.
- Experience working alongside or directing editors and clippers.
- Based in a major metro area with a rich content backdrop.
