Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, curious, and adaptable Global Talent Sourcer to support both U.S. and international hiring needs.
This is not a trainee-level role. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across technical and non-technical functions, helping shape the quality of teams we deliver to our clients.
Approximately 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing experience is sufficient, provided you demonstrate strong sourcing fundamentals, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys global hiring challenges, and is confident engaging candidates across diverse markets and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent for U.S. and global roles (technical and non-technical)
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Prepare and submit comprehensive candidate packages, including:
Screening notes
Reference checks (if applicable)
Written recommendation explaining candidate fit
Build and maintain global talent pipelines
Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies
Stay informed on regional hiring trends and market challenges
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
What You Bring
Proven experience in global and U.S. talent sourcing
Ability to adapt sourcing strategies across different markets
Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical roles
Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards)
Confidence conducting virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Schedule & Work Expectations
Employment Type: Contract (40+ hours per week)
For this role, the workweek will follow U.S. Monday to Friday business days.
Compensation (PKR):
During 90-day probation period: $4 hourly
Upon successful completion of probation (after 90 days): $5 hourly
Shifts Available (Pacific Standard Time):
- Monday to Friday 7AM-4PM Pacific Standard Time
Mandatory Virtual Meetings (Pacific Standard Time)
All team members must attend:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Pacific Standard Time
