We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and evaluate some of the world's most advanced AI models. Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to graduate-level challenges.

What You'll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise, logical explanations
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured written feedback that helps improve AI model performance over time
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — we'll onboard you fully
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
- Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
