About the Role
What if your clinical trial management expertise could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare and medical research? We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, contribute to some of the most advanced AI development happening in the life sciences space today.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track, on budget, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track from initiation through close-out
- Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
- Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of study operations
- Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
- Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows
Who You Are
- Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong grasp of budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination
- Proven track record managing CROs, external research partners, or multi-site study operations
- Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and momentum
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and confident working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable translating complex operational knowledge into clear, structured outputs
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
- Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
- Experience working in decentralized or hybrid trial models
