Data Analysis & CAD Specialist
Job description
Data Analysis & CAD Specialist (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your expertise in data analysis and computer-aided design could directly shape how AI interprets, generates, and reasons about technical and engineering data? We're looking for Data Analysis & CAD Specialists to review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs involving structured data, technical drawings, and design-related content — helping build AI systems that truly understand the world of engineering and design.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Whether you come from engineering, architecture, manufacturing, or data science, your domain knowledge is exactly what's needed to push AI forward.

What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to data analysis, CAD models, technical drawings, and structured datasets
- Review AI responses for technical accuracy, logical consistency, and practical relevance
- Annotate and label engineering and design data to help AI systems learn domain-specific patterns
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated technical content
- Provide structured, detailed feedback using rating scales and written commentary
- Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on quality, correctness, and usefulness
- Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace and on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Proficient in data analysis — comfortable working with datasets, interpreting trends, and evaluating statistical or quantitative outputs
- Experienced with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
- Able to evaluate technical content for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Clear written communicator who can document findings and feedback effectively
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without direct supervision
- No prior AI or machine learning experience required
Nice to Have
- Degree or professional background in engineering, architecture, industrial design, or a related technical field
- Experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Python/R for analysis)
- Familiarity with 3D modeling, BIM, or parametric design workflows
- Background in quality assurance, technical review, or peer evaluation of engineering work
- Exposure to AI tools or platforms as an end user
- Experience with technical writing or documentation
