About the Role

We're looking for data security professionals who understand how data leaks actually happen — and can help AI systems reason about sensitive information risk the way a seasoned practitioner would.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios spanning cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments
- Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure paths, and policy violations
- Evaluate prevention, detection, and response strategies for effectiveness
- Generate, label, and validate real-world data security cases used to train and evaluate AI systems
- Help AI models reason accurately about how sensitive information is exposed and protected in modern organizations
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, or security operations
- Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
- Practical understanding of how data risk plays out in real enterprise environments
- Able to think critically and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, Forcepoint)
- Background in cloud security, insider threat programs, or incident response
- Familiarity with AI evaluation or data annotation workflows
