About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
- Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
- Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and ongoing development support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
- Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains such as finance, e-commerce, economics, and policy — in both Spanish and English
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish with professional-level English
- 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategic content, or domain-focused projects
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to give detailed, structured feedback and think creatively to solve problems
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or advanced qualification in a business-related field
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or content evaluation workflows
- Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured content creation
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation
