About the Role
What if your creativity and curiosity could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems think, reason, and respond? We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft original, challenging, and imaginative prompts that push AI models to their limits — helping them become smarter, safer, and more genuinely useful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for creative thinking. No technical or AI background required — just a sharp mind, a love of language, and the ability to think outside the box.

What You'll Do
- Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy
- Craft prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases, expose weaknesses, and surface unexpected AI behavior
- Follow detailed style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision and consistency
- Iterate and refine prompts based on structured feedback and evolving project needs
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Creative thinker with strong written communication skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across a wide range of topics and disciplines
- Able to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly on diverse subject matter
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, technical, or prompt-engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, philosophy, or content creation
- Experience with creative writing, copywriting, or instructional design
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
- Broad general knowledge spanning multiple subject areas
