Job description
Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Project Coordinators to support cutting-edge AI and data projects with leading technology companies. In this role, you will help manage AI research operations by acting as the operational bridge between program leadership and domain expert teams.
You will support workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve project processes, and help deliver high-quality AI training data.
This is a full-time W-2 employment opportunity with Cincinnatus LLC, with the possibility of being staffed with a leading AI Lab as part of its extended workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate AI Data Projects
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for AI training and data operations.
- Keep workflows, timelines, and project activities running smoothly.
- Coordinate communication between program leads and expert contributors.
Manage Expert Teams
- Translate leadership requirements into clear project guidelines.
- Support onboarding and ongoing communication with domain experts.
- Help organize meetings, business reviews, notes, and action items.
Improve Quality and Processes
- Identify quality issues and investigate root causes.
- Share findings and recommendations with project teams.
- Support the creation and refinement of project guidelines with research and product teams.
Track Project Execution
Monitor project deliverables using tools such as:
- Google Sheets
- Microsoft Excel
- Project tracking systems
Identify risks and roadblocks early.
Adapt workflows as project requirements evolve.
Required Qualifications
Must be based in the United States.
3+ years of experience in:
- Project coordination
- Project management
- Cross-functional team coordination
Experience supporting AI training-data, human-data, or similar AI projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing data workflows and project tracking.
Familiarity with:
- Excel
- SQL
- Basic coding concepts
Demonstrated ability to lead teams or coordinate large groups effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
STEM educational background.
Previous experience with AI/data programs at organizations such as:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Amazon
Previous experience as:
- AI project coordinator
- Team lead
- EPM
- AI training project contributor
Compensation
- $45–$70 USD per hour
