Join a leading AI lab's cutting-edge Generative AI team and help build the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
This opportunity is designed for experienced Marketing professionals with deep industry expertise and hands-on experience evaluating AI model outputs using structured rubrics. You will help improve the marketing reasoning capabilities of frontier AI models by designing realistic brand strategy, growth marketing, and campaign evaluation tasks, assessing model responses, and developing high-quality evaluation frameworks grounded in real-world marketing practice.
This is a W-2 employment opportunity through Cincinnatus LLC, with placement at a leading AI laboratory as part of its extended workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Support AI Marketing Reasoning
- Help research and engineering teams improve AI reasoning across brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing, and campaign analysis.
- Provide practical marketing expertise to improve model performance.
Design Marketing Evaluation Tasks
- Create challenging marketing scenarios based on real industry experience.
- Develop accurate, well-reasoned solutions reflecting real marketing workflows and decision-making.
Evaluate AI Model Outputs
- Assess AI-generated responses using structured evaluation rubrics.
- Provide detailed written feedback on:
- Accuracy
- Marketing judgment
- Strategic reasoning
- Completeness
Develop Evaluation Guidelines
- Create and refine marketing-specific evaluation guidelines.
- Build scoring rubrics that improve consistency and quality across AI training datasets.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts
- Work alongside researchers, engineers, and fellow marketing experts to maintain high-quality evaluation standards.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in marketing, including areas such as:
- Brand Strategy
- Growth Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Marketing Leadership
Experience at a recognized organization such as:
- Procter & Gamble (P&G)
- Unilever
- Nike
- Ogilvy
- WPP
- Omnicom
- Equivalent enterprise organization
Prior hands-on experience evaluating LLM or AI model outputs using structured rubrics or scoring criteria (required).
Demonstrated career progression (for example: Marketing Manager → Senior Marketing Manager → Director or VP of Marketing).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Available to work at least 35 hours per week during weekdays.
Compensation
- $60–$80 per hour
