Accountabilities:

As a 3D ArchViz Supervisor, you will lead and support multidisciplinary production teams responsible for delivering high-quality architectural visualization and immersive marketing experiences. You will combine creative leadership, technical knowledge, and operational oversight to improve workflows, maintain quality standards, and help teams achieve consistent results.

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support a large team of 3D artists across multiple disciplines and production streams.
  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the production of architectural renderings, virtual tours, interactive experiences, and other visualization projects.
  • Partner with creative leadership to improve production standards, workflows, and delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize tools, pipelines, and technology solutions.
  • Facilitate team meetings, production reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
  • Work closely with project managers and production teams to align deliverables, timelines, client expectations, and quality requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical and production challenges throughout the visualization pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, consistency, and overall production performance.
  • Maintain and enhance asset libraries, templates, documentation, and quality guidelines.
  • Explore and evaluate AI tools, automation opportunities, and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.
  • Stay current with visualization trends, rendering techniques, real-time technologies, and industry innovations.
  • Support team development initiatives and contribute to performance management activities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative and technically skilled visualization leader with extensive experience in architectural visualization, real-time environments, and team management. You should have a strong artistic foundation, operational mindset, and passion for emerging technologies that improve production capabilities.

  • 10+ years of professional experience in 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time production environments.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading creative production teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization and immersive digital experiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, materials, lighting, interior design, photorealism, and rendering workflows.
  • Strong expertise with tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona, Unreal Engine, and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI tools and emerging technologies for improving production efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
  • Self-driven mindset with curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Experience with Adobe Substance, Revit, AutoCAD, scripting, automation, or production pipeline tools is an asset.
  • Experience supporting residential homebuilders, real estate marketing, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience working with global or distributed production teams is an advantage.
