Description:
Participants will review their email inbox and share complete e-commerce order lifecycles (“order sets”) associated with a single online purchase. All submitted order sets must be in the native language of the target country to ensure authenticity and relevance for the study. An order set typically consists of multiple related emails, such as an Order Confirmation, Shipping/Tracking Notifications, Delivery Notifications, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, Order Modifications, or Order Issue communications. The submitted samples will be used to support AI training and evaluation.
Purpose:
The collected samples will support the training and evaluation of AI models designed to better understand and process common online shopping communications.
Main Requirements:
- Currently living in a country where the target language is the native language
- Ability to access and share e-commerce emails from the categories listed above
- Basic computer and email skills
- Willingness to complete the task following project guidelines
