Financial Analyst IV

We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Vendor Budget Management team, which sits at the center of Scaled Operations invoicing and billing. You'll own the financial lifecycle for a portfolio of external vendor partners, reviewing and approving invoices, managing purchase orders, handling billing and penalty processes, and supporting monthly and quarterly OPEX reporting. This is a high-volume, data-heavy role: you'll be comfortable in spreadsheets, pulling from internal dashboards, and working across large datasets. You'll also work alongside a growing set of automation and AI-assisted workflows, so an appetite for smarter, faster ways of working goes a long way here.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve vendor invoices as part of month-end close, validating against forecast and vendor billing exceptions
• Create, amend and manage purchase orders across the PO lifecycle
• Support vendor billing and penalty/waiver processes, resolving exceptions
• Support on an ad-hoc basis the OPEX vs. forecast monthly and quarterly reporting
• Maintain and extract data from internal dashboards across large datasets
• Partner directly with Meta's external vendors to troubleshoot and proactively resolve invoicing and billing issues
• Work alongside automated invoice, PO and reporting workflows, flagging edge cases and helping improve them over time

Skills:

• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, SUMIFs at a minimum) for analyzing invoices and reporting financial data
• Comfort extracting and working with data from internal dashboards and large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time and priorities
• Ability to spot business trends, issues, and pro-actively act on them
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; awareness of relevant policies, procedures and controls
• Experience with Anaplan or similar financial/budgeting software is a plus
• Comfort working in a data-rich, AI-augmented finance environment is a plus

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline is required
• Advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $54/hour – $60/hour.
