Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and articulate Outbound Sales Representative to support our ground transportation software division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective limousine companies across the United States, generating qualified leads and booking discovery meetings for our sales team.
This is an initial part-time engagement (20 hrs/wk) with a clear path to full-time as the campaign scales.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to limousine and ground transportation companies using a provided, pre-qualified database.
• Pitch Vxceed’s reservation and dispatch software in a natural, consultative manner.
• Qualify prospects and gauge interest levels; update records in Google Docs CRM.
• Book discovery meetings and demos for the Vxceed sales team.
• Conduct live product demos independently after completing internal training (progression goal).
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead status updates in real time.
Requirements
Essential
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Preferred (Advantageous)
• Experience in SaaS sales or software solutions.
• Background in ground transportation, aviation, or logistics.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Seamless AI.
Tools & Systems

• Video conferencing platform — for live demos with prospects.
Schedule & Compensation
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (4 hrs/day, 20 hrs/wk)
Time Zone Coverage: EST, CST, MST, PST (11am EST = 8am PST, maximising US prospect reach)
Growth Path
High-performing candidates will be considered for full-time engagement. Transition to full-time can happen before the end of the first month for exceptional performers. Candidates will be briefed on this expectation during the vetting stage, and only those open to a full-time transition will be put forward.
