Recruiter

Mercor is seeking experienced recruiters to help source, screen, and place top talent across technical and non-technical roles.

In this full-time remote position, you will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to build strong candidate pipelines and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer management.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who are skilled at identifying top talent, managing multiple hiring processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
  • Candidate sourcing
  • Outreach
  • Resume screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Offer management

Talent Sourcing

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using:
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Job boards
  • Employee referrals
  • Boolean search techniques
  • Other sourcing channels

Candidate Assessment

• Conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Assess:
  • Qualifications
  • Professional experience
  • Technical skills
  • Cultural fit

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Collaborate with hiring managers to:
  • Define job requirements
  • Develop interview processes
  • Establish hiring criteria

Recruiting Analytics

• Track and report recruiting metrics such as:
  • Time-to-fill
  • Pipeline volume
  • Candidate conversion rates

ATS Management

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).

• Strong sourcing skills using:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Job boards
  • Boolean search

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting workflows.

Compensation

• $18–$60 per hour
