Code Review Specialist (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your coding knowledge — however you acquired it — could directly improve the AI tools that developers use every day? We're looking for Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. Your feedback will help train the next generation of AI coding assistants used by millions.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and understand code. No computer science degree or professional experience required.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
  • Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
  • Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
  • Suggest clear, well-reasoned improvements
  • Work across a variety of programming challenges and difficulty levels
  • Complete assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
  • Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving instincts
  • Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts accessibly
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • No computer science degree or professional engineering experience required — hobbyists and self-taught developers are strongly encouraged to apply
