Code Review Specialist (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your coding knowledge could directly improve the AI tools that millions of developers rely on every day? We're looking for Code Review Specialists to evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability — helping make AI a smarter, more reliable programming partner.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and understand code. No CS degree or professional software engineering background required. If you've taught yourself to code, build projects as a hobby, or just love digging into how programs work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness, logic, and quality
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, logical errors, and inefficiencies
  • Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
  • Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning
  • Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning multiple difficulty levels
  • Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
  • Analytical thinker with a sharp eye for logic and detail
  • Clear written communicator — you can explain technical concepts in plain language
  • Self-motivated and consistent in your evaluations
  • No computer science degree or professional coding experience required — hobbyists and self-taught developers are strongly encouraged to apply
