Code Review Specialist (AI Training)

About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and reason about code. Whether you're a self-taught developer, a hobbyist coder, or a seasoned engineer, your eye for quality is what matters here.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, or other languages for correctness and quality
  • Identify bugs, logical errors, edge cases, and inefficiencies
  • Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
  • Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning
  • Work across a variety of programming challenges spanning multiple difficulty levels
  • Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

  • Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
  • Logical thinker with a natural eye for spotting what's wrong — or what could be better
  • Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts in plain terms
  • Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
  • No computer science degree or professional software experience required
