Role Overview
We are seeking Video Annotation Experts to support AI training projects focused on improving how machine learning systems understand and interpret real-world video data.
In this role, you will annotate short video clips by identifying and labeling meaningful events, ensuring high-quality structured data for AI model training.
Scope of Work
Event Detection & Segmentation
- Identify recurring or meaningful events within short video clips according to project guidelines
- Segment each detected event precisely with accurate start and end timestamps
Annotation Tasks
- Provide clear, concise, and consistent written descriptions for each event
- Ensure all annotations meet strict quality and consistency standards
Quality Assurance
- Review and refine your own annotations to align with evolving project instructions
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all labeling tasks
Collaboration
- Communicate via written and verbal channels to clarify requirements
- Resolve ambiguities in annotation guidelines
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent understanding of tasks
Ideal Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and data labeling accuracy
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Video annotation
- Content moderation
- Video editing
- Videography
- Related structured labeling work
- Ability to follow complex annotation guidelines
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and updated instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI training or machine learning data annotation projects
- Familiarity with structured labeling workflows
- Consistent accuracy in applying annotation rules under time constraints
Work Expectations
- Remote contractor role

Compensation
