Job Summary
Turing is seeking detail-oriented Video Annotators to support the development of machine learning and artificial intelligence systems through high-quality video labeling and annotation.
In this role, you will analyze video content and accurately identify, classify, and annotate objects, actions, events, movements, and visual elements. Your work will help train and improve computer vision and AI models used in real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and analyze video footage frame-by-frame or segment-by-segment
- Annotate objects, people, vehicles, actions, movements, scenes, and events according to project requirements
- Create annotation assets such as bounding boxes, polygons, key points, lines, and segmentation masks
- Label video content accurately using annotation platforms
- Review and correct annotations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality compliance
- Follow project guidelines and client instructions
- Meet productivity and annotation quality targets
- Report ambiguous cases, annotation tool issues, and data quality concerns to project leads
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to improve annotation quality
- Handle sensitive and confidential video data responsibly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using annotation tools such as CVAT, Labelbox, Supervisely, V7, Scale AI, or similar platforms
- Degree or certification in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production, Visual Arts, or related fields
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and annotation guidelines
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable performing repetitive and detail-oriented tasks
- Previous experience in data annotation, video labeling, image annotation, or AI data collection
