What You'll Do

  • Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
  • Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem sets
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI model reasoning in the life sciences
  • Evaluate the scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity of AI-generated biological content
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision
  • Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
  • Comfortable working with Python or R for research or data analysis
  • Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science with clarity and precision
  • Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach to scientific problems
  • Fluent in English
